Scope of Work
- Full data hall structured cabling, including port mapping and cable management
- Cabinet and rack installation, alignment and leveling
- Overhead cable tray and ladder-rack installation
- Base construction work — equipment bolt-down and structural anchoring
- On-site project management and coordination with facility operations
The work ran inside an operating campus, which set the terms: tight access windows, no disruption to live equipment, and documentation closed out row by row instead of at the end.
