Scope of Work
- Exterior restoration of 500+ BESS containers — body repair, filler, surface leveling, sanding, prep and paint to original appearance standard
- Low-voltage cold commissioning and high-voltage hot commissioning
- Battery charge and discharge testing to verify performance and system operation
- Liquid-cooling service — coolant draining, replacement and refill, inspection and operational checks
- Pack and system inspection, testing and troubleshooting through final operational verification
Three disciplines at once — bodywork, thermal systems and electrical commissioning — handled by one crew, so units left the site tested rather than only repainted.
